Yes! In fact, getting professional help as a beginner is the best thing you can do! You will learn the RIGHT things to do, avoid the classic beginner mistakes and how to manage your training load safely and effectively.
Not if you don't want to! An important goal for us is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout outside or at home, we'll set up a plan for you. That being said, a gym (or at home gym set up) is highly recommended for optimal training.
What results you achieve through our work together is dependant on your commitment to the process. We will provide the plans that work, the support you need and the encouragement required but you will still have to execute. Ad the saying goes, "You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink". We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!
To be short, physical change takes time. Often, it takes longer than we are willing to wait for. 12 weeks is the minimum period required with any Look Good Naked Co. package as we want to ensure that you are getting the best program possible for you, which take time, trial and error. You give us 12 weeks and we promise to give you skills you can use for the rest of your life. Fair deal?
Michael has been a Personal Trainer since 2016. Since then, he has continued to educate himself through the following qualifications:
- Cert 3 & 4 PT
- Advanced Cert. Sports Nutrition
- Level 1 Strength and Conditioning (ASCA)
- Post Graduate Diploma of Performance Nutrition (IoPN)
- Masters Degree of Exercise Science (Strength & Conditioning) (ECU)
Michael is continually developing his knowledge base with the endeavour of never settling for "good enough".
Look Good Naked Co. provides services for a wide range of endeavours, from beginners to top-level athletes. We have provided Strength & Conditioning and Performance Nutrition services for athletes in the following sports:

We welcome all athletes for both Performance Nutrition & Strength and Conditioning services.
Online coaching includes exercise programming through the Look Good Naked Co. app, access to an exercise video library, recipe packs, messenger support and the option to book in online consultations when required.
While online coaching can be configured for beginners, it is recommended to have some experience with resistance training prior to commencing.
Due to the time and effort-intensive nature of Look Good Naked Co. training programs, it is important that we make sure all applicants are up to the challenge. While not necessary, it is generally recommended that clients have some experience with resistance training & have knowledge of macronutrients/counting calories to get the most out of their coaching.
The best nutritional protocol is determined on a case-by-case basis. Counting calories is just one of many tools that can be used to implement nutritional protocols. For some people, it's great for their progress. For others, it can be detrimental to their mental health and should be avoided. Whether YOU are recommended to count calories is a decision that is made WITH your coach, not BY your coach.
In short; no, however, in some cases it may be recommended.
