Look Good Naked Co. Progression Roadmap
Step 1: Book your initial consultation
Reach out to us and we'll arrange your initial consult, free of charge, to discuss your needs, your desired outcomes and if we can assist. If you'd like to view available times, head to our "Contact Us" page and make a booking!
Step 2: Have your KICKSTARTER call
Together, we'll kickstart your path forward by auditing your current situations to assess what would need change to reach your desired outcome. We'll go over physical audting, nutritional auditing, time auditing and equipment/access auditing and use the information gathered to (step 3)
Step 3: The Peak Performance Design
Using information gleaned from the KICKSTARTER, your coach will design the optimal plan forward, taking into account your:
- Desired outcome
- Recurrent abilities
- Current schedule/availability
- Access/preference for equipment
- Nutritional knowledge/IQ
- Training history
We believe that specificity is key. More data = more specific interventions.
Step 4: Implementation Overview
The plan is set. you are executing, this is where the coaching occurs! You will meet with your coach regularly to discuss your progression, make adjustments to the plan and ask any questions you may have.
