The story of Look Good Naked Co. begins in 2015 when Michael sustained a fractured spine (playing rugby for UQ while completing a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Design). This injury left him in significant pain and unable to complete daily tasks, being told by healthcare providers that he would "never squat or deadlift again".
It was the physical rehabilitation process that ignited his passion & interest in the human body's ability to adapt, change and recover. It was also this process that showed him just how much one can benefit from structured physical & nutrition interventions.
Fast forward 3 years, while working in Construction, Michael was finding little to no meaning in his work, sitting behind a desk all day. One bad day too many, Michael had finally had enough and left the construction industry to pursue Personal Training full-time - all in. Acutely aware of how much impact GREAT personal training services can have on confidence, pain management and personal growth (and aware of how hard it is to find such good services) - the Look Good Naked Co. mission was born:
“To help as many people as possible use physical training & nutritional interventions to drive their personal growth through body composition change using our 5 Pillar coaching system”
Michael soon realised he needed to learn more to service his clients to the best of his abilities and thus began the next 6 years of working & studying all things PT (sports nutrition, performance nutrition, strength & conditioning, behaviour change & more).
The end result? Look Good Naked Co. online coaching - the ultimate online coaching experience.
